Why do I need a PIN number?

Setting a PIN will provide security for your account, allow you to USE points on groceries or fuel when you don’t have your physical card and give you Instant Gold Status at Shell! With Instant Gold Status you will receive 5¢/gal off your fuel purchase at Shell (up to 20 gallons).

Why should I complete registration?

You must complete registration to use points. Completing registration also gives you Gold Status at Shell, which saves you 5¢/gal off every fill at participating Shell stations, no points required (limit 20 gallons).

How do I change my rewards PIN? Popular

What if I lose my rewards card?

No worries! You can still earn points giving your phone number at the register, and use your points by providing your account PIN number at the register or pump. You can also scan your digital card in the app. You don’t need the physical card and your account will remain secured.

I don’t like carrying a card, what can I do?

No problem! Simply use your phone number at checkout to earn points. You can also use your digital card in the app. When you are ready to use points in Southeastern Grocers stores you can use your Phone Number and PIN. To redeem points at Shell and other select fuel stations enter your 14 digit ALT ID**, which consists of your 10 digit phone number and 4 digit PIN number in a continuous string.

How do I update my personal information or password?

Getting to know rewards

Rewards is a program that lets you earn points when you make qualifying purchases at BI-LO, Fresco Y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores. Those points can then be used for savings on groceries in any Southeastern Grocers store, and on fuel at participating Shell or other select fuel stations.

Where can I get a rewards card?

You can get your rewards card in any BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores.

Will I be able to use my rewards in any of the four Southeastern Grocers stores?

Yes you will! You can earn and use your rewards in any BI-LO, Fresco y Mas, Harveys Supermarkets or Winn-Dixie stores.

If I registered online when should I expect to receive my rewards card?

The next time you shop at any Southeastern Grocers store use your phone number at checkout, the cashier will be prompted to issue your rewards card in store.

Who is eligible to register for rewards?

You must be at least 13 years old and live in the United States (or territories). Businesses are not eligible to register for rewards.

Where is my closest fuel station?

Participating stations can be found by visiting your store's locator page and selecting the "Fuel Locations" tab

Why do you need my email?

An email is necessary so we can send you personalized offers through email, so that you never miss a deal!

How long will points last?

Points will last for up to two years, expiring at the end of the next calendar year after the first points earning. For example, any points you earn in July of 2018 would expire on December 31st, 2019.

How do I cancel my rewards membership?

You can cancel your membership by contacting our Customer Care center.

Earning rewards Points

How do I earn rewards points?

Reward points are earned on eligible purchases in BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores. (See eligible purchases for exclusion details.) Use your card, phone number or digital card at checkout. To earn even more points, purchase items with bonus points and redeem point coupons and offers on your receipt. Purchasing select gift cards will earn you at least 3X points every day, not all gift cards earn bonus points.

How do I know if my purchase is eligible for rewards points?

Where can I see the rewards points that I have earned?

Points balance will print on your receipt when you shop any Southeastern Grocers store. You can also check points in your rewards account via the app or website.

Using rewards Points

What can I do with rewards points?

Points can be used to save money on groceries in any Southeastern Grocers store or on fuel at participating Shell stations or other select fuel stations.

How can I start using points?

You must be fully registered in rewards with a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings. Every 100 points is a $1 off groceries or at least 5¢/gal off fuel.

How do I use my points for savings on groceries?

If you are a fully registered rewards member with your card, simply scan your card at checkout! You will be prompted to “Use Points” on the PIN pad, if you have enough points to save. You can then choose how many points you would like to use on your transaction.

What if I don’t carry my rewards card?

No problem! Simply use your phone number at checkout to earn points. You can also use your digital card in the app. When you are ready to use points in Southeastern Grocers stores you can use your Phone Number and PIN.

How do I use my points for savings on fuel?

If you are a fully registered rewards member, you can either swipe your rewards card at the pump OR enter your 14-Digit ALT ID**number at the pump. As a fully registered rewards member, you will automatically save at least 5¢/gal***(up to 20 gallons), NO points required! See Fuel Rewards section for details.

What is my 14-Digit ALT ID?

Your 14-Digit ALT ID** is the 10 digit phone number you registered with, followed by your four digit PIN number in one continuous string.

How do my points transfer for savings on fuel?

Your rewards points transfer in increments of 100 points for an additional 5¢/gal off the cost of fuel. For example, if your points balance is 650 points, 600 points will automatically transfer to 25¢/gal + 5¢/gal = 30¢/gal in savings! There will be 50 points left in your points balance.

Will all of my points automatically deduct when I swipe my rewards card at the pump?

Yes, however some Shell stations will give you the choice* to select YES or NO to use ALL points. Either way you will still receive the automatic 5c/gal off your fuel purchase (up to 20 gallons), as a fully registered rewards member. Find more details below.

What is the minimum amount of points needed to redeem?

Members must have a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings.

What is the maximum amount of points that can be redeemed?

There is no maximum limit for redemptions in Southeastern Grocers stores, as long as you have the minimum of 100 points available. Members may redeem up to 9900 points at the fuel pump.

Will I get rewards points if I use Shipt?

Not at this time these orders are not eligible for points as this delivery service is provided by a third party who has partnered with Southeastern Grocers.

*Choice (to select “Yes” or “No” to use rewards points) at the pump is not available at all Shell sites or other participating fuel sites.
**14-Digit Alt-ID is not valid at all participating Shell or other select fuel stations.

How do I use my rewards on fuel at the pump?

  1. Select "Fuel Rewards" at the pump
  2. Swipe your rewards card or enter your 14 Digit ALT ID (10 digit phone number followed by four digit PIN)
  3. Enter your payment method and select fuel grade
  4. Watch the prices go down!

How do I get Gold Status at Shell?

You will automatically receive Gold Status at Shell when you fully register in the rewards program. All you have to do is swipe your rewards card at any participating Shell station to save at least 5¢/gal on every fill every day.

What is Instant Gold Status?

As a fully registered rewards member, when you swipe your rewards card at Shell, you get 5¢/gal off fuel every day up to 20 gallons, no points required. Redemption at non-Shell stations will not be eligible for Gold Status.

What if I don’t have my card to swipe at the pump?

No problem! You can use your 14-Digit ALT ID** to use your points at the pump. Simply select “Fuel Rewards” at the pump and then enter your ALT ID. The pump will then prompt you to use your points now, or save them for later.

What is my 14-Digit ALT ID?

Your 14-Digit ALT ID** is the 10 digit phone number you registered with, followed by your four digit PIN number in a continuous string.

What happens when I swipe my rewards card at the pump?

As a fully registered member, when you swipe your card at the pump we will share your account information with Fuel Rewards® to create your Fuel Rewards account. Fuel Rewards will send you an email to set a password for your Fuel Rewards account. You can also elect to have a Fuel Rewards card mailed directly to you.

What if I already have a Fuel Rewards account?

If you already have an account, Fuel Rewards will link your accounts automatically if the email address is the same on both accounts.

If I use my card at the pump, will it automatically use my rewards points I’ve accumulated?

Yes, however some Shell stations will give you the choice* to select YES or NO to use ALL points. When you use your rewards at the pump, you can select “YES” to automatically USE ALL of your rewards points. The pump will deduct the points in 100 point increments. Select “NO” and none of your rewards points will be used. If you select “NO”, you will still receive an automatic 5c/gal (up to 20 gallons) with Gold Status!

For example, if you have 340 points on your account when you swipe at the pump, and you select “YES” (use points), 300 points will be deducted from your balance, saving you a total of 20¢/gal including the 5¢/gal you earn automatically with your Gold Status from Shell. This will then leave 40 points left on your account. If you select “NO” (save points for later), no points will be deducted and you will still save 5¢/gal with your Gold Status from Shell.

What if there is no Shell station close-by? Where can I go?

The Fuel Rewards® program has a select number of non-Shell branded stations to accommodate members in such cases. To find a nearby participating station, please visit our store websites. Remember, you are always able to use your points in any Southeastern Grocers store.
