Getting to know SE Grocers rewards

What is SE Grocers rewards?

SE Grocers rewards is a loyalty program that lets you earn points when you make qualifying purchases at BI-LO, Fresco Y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores. Those points can then be used for savings on groceries in any Southeastern Grocers store, and on fuel at participating Shell or other select fuel stations.

Where can I get an SE Grocers rewards card?

You can get your SE Grocers rewards card in any BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores.

How do I fully register my SE Grocers rewards card?

To become a fully registered customer, eligible to use points for savings, you must finish registration at SEGrewards.com or by calling the Customer Service Center 1-844-745-0463.

Why should I complete registration?

You must complete registration to use points. Completing registration also gives you Gold Status at Shell which saves you 5¢/gal off every fill at participating Shell stations, no points required (limit 20 gallons).

How do I know if my card is fully registered?

If your account has a PIN and password, then you are fully registered!

If I registered online when should I expect to receive my SE Grocers rewards card?

The next time you shop at any Southeastern Grocers store use your phone number at checkout and you will get your SE Grocers rewards card in store.

Who is eligible to register for SE Grocers rewards?

You must be at least 13 years old and live in the United States (or territories). Businesses cannot register for SE Grocers rewards.

Where is my closest fuel station?

To find the nearest fuel station, check your store’s website.

Why do you need my email?

Our stores will send you personalized offers through email so that you never miss a deal!

How long will points last?

Points will last for up to two years, expiring at the end of the next calendar year after the first points earning. For example, any points you earn in July of 2018 would expire on December 31st, 2019.

Earning SE Grocers rewards Points

How do I earn SE Grocers rewards points?

SE Grocers reward points are earned on eligible purchases in BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores. Use your card, phone number or digital card at checkout. To earn even more points, purchase items with bonus points and redeem point’s offers on the receipt. Purchasing select gift cards will earn you at least 3X points every day.

Where can I see the SE Grocers rewards points that I have earned?

Points balance will print on your receipt from any Southeastern Grocers store. You can also check points in your rewards center via the app or website.

How do I know if my purchase is eligible for SE Grocers rewards points?

A list of eligible items can be found on any of our Southeastern Grocers store website.

Using SE Grocers rewards Points

What can I do with SE Grocers rewards points?

Points can be used to save money on groceries in any Southeastern Grocers store or on fuel at participating Shell stations or other select fuel stations.

How can I start using points?

You must be fully registered in SE Grocers rewards with a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings. Every 100 points is a $1 off groceries or at least 5¢/gal off fuel.

What is the minimum amount of points needed to redeem?

Customers must have a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings.

What happens when I swipe my SE Grocers rewards card at the pump?

As a fully registered customer, when you swipe your card at the pump we will share your account information with Fuel Rewards® to create your Fuel Rewards account. Fuel Rewards will send you an email to set a password for your Fuel Rewards account.

What if I already have a Fuel Rewards account?

If you already have an account, Fuel Rewards will link your accounts automatically.

If I use my card at the pump, will it automatically use my rewards points I’ve accumulated?

Yes. If you swipe your SE Grocers rewards card at the pump, all points on the account, in 100 point increments, will be used to give you instant savings at the pump.

For example, if you have 340 points on your account when you swipe at the pump, 300 points will be deducted, saving you a total of 20¢/gal including the 5¢/gal you earn automatically with your Gold Status from Shell. This will then leave 40 points left on your account.

What is Instant Gold Status?

As a fully registered SE Grocers rewards customer, when you swipe your SE Grocers rewards card at Shell, you get 5¢/gal off fuel every day up to 20 gallons, no points required. Redemption at non-Shell stations will not be eligible for Gold Status.

What is the maximum amount of points that can be redeemed?

There is no maximum limit for redemptions in BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets or Winn-Dixie stores, as long as the minimum of 100 points is met. Customers may redeem up to 9999 points at the fuel pump.

Will I get rewards points if I use Shipt?

Unfortunately, as these deliveries are run through a third party, you are not able to receive rewards points for Shipt purchases.

What if there is no close-by Shell station?

Where can I go?

The Fuel Rewards® program has a select number of non-Shell branded stations to accommodate customers in such cases. To find a nearby participating station, please visit our store websites.

Managing Account

How do I get Gold Status at Shell?

You will automatically receive Gold Status at Shell when you fully enroll in the SE Grocers rewards program. All you have to do is swipe your SE Grocers rewards card at any participating Shell station to save the 5¢/gal on every fill every day.

What if I lose my SE Grocers rewards card?

If your SE Grocers rewards card is lost or stolen, contact the SE Grocers rewards Customer Service Center at 1-844-745-0463. The lost or stolen card will be canceled and replaced via mail in only a few weeks. While waiting for your new card to arrive, you can still earn, and use points by using your phone number and PIN at the register and pump.

How do I update my personal information?

You can create an account at SEGrewards.com and change your information, or contact the Customer Service center at 1-844-745-0463.

How do I change my SE Grocers rewards PIN?

To change your PIN, go to SEGrewards.com, or contact the Customer Service Center at 1-844-745-0463.

I don’t like carrying a card, what can I do?

No problem. Simply use your phone number at checkout to earn points. You can also use your digital card in the app. When you are ready to use points in Southeastern Grocers stores you can use your Phone Number and PIN. To redeem points at Shell and other select fuel stations enter your 14 digit ALT ID, which consists of your 10 digit phone number and 4 digit PIN number.

Why didn’t any or all of my Plenti points get issued into SE Grocers rewards?

We are only able to issue customers points that they earned in our stores. Only fully registered customers will have receive their balances issued in the new program no later than July 18th
